To help women and girls gain economic independence, leadership and a stronger voice through skills, entrepreneurship and safe, supportive networks.

Who we serve

  • Women aged 18-60 from low-income backgrounds
  • Single mothers and widows
  • Marginalised women, including those with disabilities
  • Adolescent girls at risk of early marriage or exploitation

What we do

Skills and vocational training

  • Tailoring, beauty, food production, digital skills and more
  • Business and entrepreneurship training
  • Financial literacy and leadership workshops

Economic empowerment

  • Self-help groups and group lending circles
  • Start-up grants and seed funding
  • Market links, business mentoring and job placement

Health, rights and safety

  • Health and reproductive health education
  • Legal awareness and women's rights support
  • Counselling and safe spaces for peer support

Literacy and leadership

  • Adult literacy and technology training
  • Higher-education pathways for talented girls
  • Support for women's voices in local decision-making

Our planning targets: train around 2,000 women in vocational skills every year and support 500 women entrepreneurs.
