To ensure dignity, healthcare, inclusion and economic security for elderly people and people with disabilities through accessible, community-based support.

Who we serve

  • Elderly people (60+) living in poverty or isolation
  • People with physical, sensory, intellectual or psychosocial disabilities
  • Caregivers of elderly and disabled family members
  • Families struggling to support dependants

What we do

Healthcare and medical support

  • Regular check-ups and preventive care
  • Medicine and chronic-disease support
  • Mental-health counselling and support groups
  • Emergency medical and hospital help

Daily living and accessibility

  • Home-care assistance
  • Wheelchairs, hearing aids and walking aids
  • Home changes for accessibility, meals and transport support

Inclusion and community care

  • Day centres, recreation and peer groups
  • Respite for family caregivers
  • Tackling loneliness and promoting dignity and rights

Income and rights

  • Enrolment in government pension schemes
  • Skills, supported jobs and micro-enterprise for people with disabilities
  • Legal aid and protection from abuse

Our planning targets: serve around 2,000 elderly people and 2,500 people with disabilities each year.
